Unibet will, unless mentioned otherwise, pay out the same price
(odds) Tote-generated price generated at the racetrack. Unibet will
pay out 5% higher net winnings than the Tote generated price for
all "Win", "Place", Ita",
"Trita", "(Straight/Placed) Dual Forecast", and
"(Straight)Trio" bets. Unibet reserves at all time the
right to change the conditions of these promotional actions.
Unibet will void all the bets if for any reason at the track Tote betting for "Win", "Place", "Straight Dual Forecast", "Dual Forecast", "Placed Dual Forecast", "(Straight)Trio", "Tiercé", "Quarté", "Quinté" "Multi" "and "2sur4" is cancelled. Exception to this rule: betting grids offered at "Fixed Odds" (this would then be explicitly mentioned in the grids). All bets on non-runners will be voided and Unibet will refund the stake into the betting account. This goes for simple "Win", "Place", "Ita" and "Trita" bets ... but also for "(Straight/Placed) Dual Forecast", "(Straight)Trio", "Tiercé", "Quarté", "Quinté", "Multi" and "2sur4" bets. Unibet does not change for example a ‘Jumelé Gagnant’ into a ‘Win’ if the Jumelé Gagnant includes a non-runner but we refund the stake. Exception to this rule: betting grids offered at "Fixed Odds" (this would then be explicitly mentioned in the grids). Example: Quinté bet CS 101-102-103-104-105-106 = 6 bets Finish: 101-102-103-104-105; non-starter: 106. In this case, the bettor has one winning "Quinté Exact Order" bet 101-102-103-104-105 and the stake for all 5 combinations with 106 will be refunded into his betting account. In the event of a dead heat (ex aequo) Unibet will take into account the number of horses concerned in the dead heat to calculate the price for "Ita" and "Trita" bets and also for "Fixed odds" betting. The notion "coupled horses" is only applicable to "Win" bets (exception : fixed odds "Win" bets ). Tiercé/Quarté/Quinté bets. Winnings for one combination are not cumulative. A customer who has an "Exact order" bet wil only be paid out "Exact Order" winnings and not on top also "Inexact order" and "Bonus" winnings for the same combination. Unibet has some specific rules for the “internet races” (including Quarté Regional and PMH meetings):
|
| 15.2 | "Gagnant" (Win) bets are won if the selected horse wins the race. Unibet can/will offer "Gagnant" bets for all races with at least two starters. If a race contained less than two starters, all "Gagnant" bets would be voided. In the event that two or more horses taking part in a race belong to the same owner and stable and/or are stated to be "coupled", Unibet will pay "Gagnant" bets on any of the coupled horses taking part in the race if any of the coupled horses wins the race when the tote does so. |
| 15.3 | "Place" bets are won if the selected horse manages to finish into the first two places (in the event that the race contained at least four but not more than seven starters) or into the first three places (in the event that the race contained at least eight starters). If there are 8 or more runners on the program, but only 7 runners or less start the race, then Unibet will play the first 3 places, when the tote does so. Unibet will void all "Place" bets in the event that the race contained less than four starters. The notion "coupled" horses is not applicable for "Place" bets. |
| 15.4 | "Ita" bets are won if the selected horse finishes the race in exactly second place. Unibet is likely to offer "Ita bets" for all races with at least eight starters. The price for "Ita" bets equals 2.50 times the "Place" price of the selected horse. Unibet will void all "Ita" bets if the number of starters was less than eight. The notion "coupled" horses is not applicable for "Ita" bets. |
| 15.5 | "Trita" bets are won if the selected horse finishes the race in exactly third place. Unibet is likely to offer "Trita bets" for all races with at least eight starters. The price for "Trita" bets equals 2.50 times the "Place" price of the selected horse. Unibet will void all "Trita" bets if the number of starters was less than eight. The notion "coupled" horses is not applicable for "Trita" bets. |
| 15.6 |
If one of the horses of a stable does not take part in a race, all
the amounts engaged on this horse will be refunded, that concerns a
single bet (Win, placed, Ita or Trita) or a multiple bet. E.g. of a
"single" bet comprising a non-runner:
In the first race in Vincennes, there is a stable formed by 101-102-and 105 - Your bet : 102 5 EUR Win, 5 EUR Ita and 5 EUR Placed; If the 102 is declared non-runner, we will refund you the 15 EUR engaged on this horse. No payment will be taken into account with regard to the winning bet engaged on the 102, if one of the other horses belonging to the stable wins the race. E.g. of a "multiple" bet comprising a non-runner: In the 6th race in Saint-Cloud, there is a stable formed by 604-605-and 608 - Your bet : a multiple of three horses "Win" (each horse "Win") for 10 EUR 304 gains to 3.5 512 gains to 5.5 608 non-runner (to 1) If the 608 is declared non-runner, you have a "multiple" bet calculated as follows: 3.5 x 5.5 x 1 x 10 EUR = 192.5 EUR No other report/ratio will be calculated, even if the 604 or the 605 (horses belonging to stable) wins the race. |
| 15.7 | For horse-racing in France, the "Match 1-2" bet enables you to predict which of the 2 listed horses will finish highest in a specific race. This bet can therefore be considered as a race within a race, ... a head-to-head, as it were. In the event that the one (or both) horse(s) does/(do) not start the race, Unibet will cancel the bet in question. The same goes for a race in which both horses are unplaced in the final ranking on the www.geny.com website. You can only place a "Match 1-2" bet as a single bet or. |
| 15.8 | "Couplé gagnant" (Dual Forecast) bets are won if the two selected horses are declared first and second, irrelevant of the finishing order. Unibet offers "Couplé gagnant " bets for races with from eight runners onwards. Unibet will void "Couplé gagnant" bets if the races contained less than 8 starters and if the tote odds that are generated at the racetrack are for "Couplé dans l´orde" (Straight Dual Forecast). If on the other hand the Tote-generated odds at he racetrack remain for "Couplé gagnant " and thus the finishing order remains irrelevant, then the Unibet "Couplé gagnant " bets would stand. Example. Unibets offers "Couplé gagnant " bets for a race with eight runners. A customer stakes on a "Couplé gagnant t" bet : [101-X/102-103] á two combinations (101-102) and 101-103). Imagine horse 105 is a non-runner, so only 7 starters in the race. If at the track odds still are being generated for "Couplé gagnant ", then the bet stands. If on the contrary the Tote odds generated at the track are for "Couplé dans l´orde" then Unibet will void all "Couplé gagnant " bets. So even if the result of the race were to be 101-102 ... the customer would not have a winning and a losing "Couplé gagnant " bet : both bets would simply be voided and the stakes for both bets would be refunded into his betting account. Unibet will void your bet if one of the selected horses is a non-runner. Unibet will consider all "Couplé gagnant " bets as lost if fewer than two horses complete the race. The notion "coupled" horses is not applicable for "Couplé gagnant " bets. If at the racetrack there are no winning "Couplé gagnant " bets and thus resulting there are no Tote odds generated for the combinations of the two horses declared first and second, then Unibet will (only) pay out the combination of the two horses declared first and second at decimal odds of five hundred (500). |
| 15.9 |
"Couplé dans l´orde" (Straight Dual Forecast) bets are
won if the two selected horses are declared first and second. Exact
order of finishing the race applies in every case. Unibet offers
"Couplé dans l´orde" bets for races with from three to
seven runners. Unibet will void your bet if one of the selected
horses is a non-runner. Unibet will consider all "Couplé dans
l´orde" bets as lost if fewer than two horses complete the
race. The notion "coupled" horses is not applicable for
"Couplé dans l´orde" bets.
If at the racetrack there are no winning "Couplé dans l´orde" bets and thus resulting there are no Tote odds generated for the combination of the two horses declared first and second, then Unibet will (only) pay out the combination of the two horses declared first and second at decimal odds of five hundred (500). |
| 15.10 |
"Couplé Placé" ( Placed Dual Forecast) bets are won if
the two selected horses are declared first, second or third
irrelevant of the finishing order. Unibet offers "Couplé
Placé" bets for races with from eight runners onwards. Unibet
will void bets if one of the selected horses is a non-runner.
Unibet will consider all "Couplé Placé" bets as lost if
fewer than three horses complete the race AND no Tote odds are
generated. The notion "coupled" horses is not applicable
for "Couplé gagnat" (Dual Forecast) bets.
If at the racetrack there are no winning "Couplé Placé" bets and thus resulting there are no Tote odds generated for the combinations with the horses declared first-second, and/or first-third and/or second-third then Unibet will still (only) pay out these combinations at decimal odds of one hundred (100). |
| 15.11 |
"Trio" bets are won if the three selected horses are
declared first, second and third, irrelevant of the finishing
order. Unibet offers "Trio" bets as from eight runners
onwards.
If there are less than eight effective starters (because of one or more non-starters), this will not influence the "Trio" bets as long as such is the case for the Tote-generated odds at the racetrack. If there are no Tote odds generated on the racetrack for the "Trio", Unibet will void all "Trio" bets, except when less than three horses should complete the race. In this case, all "Trio" bets will be considered as losing bets. If one or more selected horses are non-starters in a race, Unibet will void all combinations with these horses. Example: Trio 101-102-103-104-105. Finish: 101-102-103; non-starter: 104. In this case, the player wins the Trio 101-102-103 and the stake for the combinations with 104 will be refunded into his betting account. The notion "coupled horses" is not applicable to "Trio" bets. If no winning "Trio" bets were placed at the racetrack, which means there are no Tote odds generated for the combinations of the three horses declared first, second and third, Unibet will (only) pay out the combination of the three horses declared first, second and third at decimal odds of seven hundred and fifty (750). A bettor cannot win more than 120 times with the same trio. For "Trio" the maximum payout is limited to 50.000 EUR per customer per race. |
| 15.12 |
"Tiercé" bets are won if the three selected horses by the
bettor finish the race in the first 3 places. A "Tiercé Exact
Order" is paid out if the bettor has selected the first 3
finishing horses in the exact finishing order. A "Tiercé
Inexact Order" is paid out if the bettor has not selected the
first 3 finishing horses in the exact finishing order.
If no winning "Tiercé" bets were placed at the racetrack, which means there are no Tote odds generated for the combinations of the three horses declared first, second and third, Unibet will (only) pay out the combination of the three horses declared first, second and third at decimal odds of one thousand five hundred (1500) for a "Tiercé Exact Order"and of seven hundred and fifty (750) for a "Tiercé Inexact order". The maximum base unit stake per "Tiercé" bet that will be taken into account for winnings is 20 EUR per customer. For "Tiercé" the maximum payout is limited to 50.000 EUR per customer per race. |
| 15.13 |
"Quarté" bets are won if the four selected horses by the
bettor finish the race in the first 4 places. A "Quarté Exact
Order" is paid out if the bettor has selected the first 4
finishing horses in the exact finishing order. A "Quarté
Inexact Order" is paid out if the bettor has not selected the
first 4 finishing horses in the exact finishing order. A
"Quarté Bonus" will be paid out if the bettor has managed
to select the first 3 finishing horses (irrelevant of the finishing
order).
If no winning "Quarté" bets were placed at the racetrack, which means there are no Tote odds generated for the combinations of the four horses declared 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th, Unibet will (only) pay out the combination of the four horses declared 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th at decimal odds of five thousand (5000) for a "Quarté Exact order" (1000 for Quarté Regional) and two thousand five hundred (2500) for a "Quarté Inexact Order"(500 for Quarté Regional). The maximum base unit stake per "Quarté" bet that will be taken into account for winnings is 30 EUR per customer. For "Quarté" the maximum payout is limited to 50.000 EUR per customer per race. |
| 15.14 |
"Quinté" bets are won if the five selected horses by the
bettor finish the race in the first 5 places. A "Quinté Exact
Order" is paid out if the bettor has selected his horses in
the exact finishing order. A "Quinté Inexact Order" is
paid out if the bettor has not selected his horses in the exact
finishing order. If the customer manages to select the first 4
finishing horses (irrelevant of the finishing order) he will be
paid out a "Quinté Bonus 4". If he manages to select 4
out of the 5 first finishing horses (irrelevant of the correct
finishing order), he will be paid out a "Quinté Bonus
4sur5". If the customer manages to select the first 3
finishing horses (irrelevant of the finishing order) he will be
paid out a "Quinté Bonus 3".
If no winning "Quint" bets were placed at the racetrack, which means there are no Tote odds generated for the combinations of the five horses declared 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th, Unibet will (only) pay out the combination of the five horses declared 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th at decimal odds of ten thousand (10000) for a "Quinté Exact Order" and five thousand (5000) for a "Quinté Inexact Order". The maximum base unit stake per "Quinté" bet that will be taken into account for winnings is 40 EUR per customer. For "Quinté" the maximum payout is limited to 100.000 EUR per customer per race |
| 15.15 |
"Multi 4-5-6-7" bets are won if the the bettor has
selected the first 4 finishing horses, irrelevant of the finishing
order.
A "Multi 4" is paid out if the bettor has selected in his selection of 4 horses the first 4 finishing horses, irrelevant of the finishing order. A "Multi 5" is paid out if the bettor has selected in his selection of 5 horses the first 4 finishing horses, irrelevant of the finishing order. selected horses are declared first, second and third, relevant of
the finishing order. Unibet offers "Straight Trio" bets
from 5 till 7 runners.
If there are less than five effective starters (because of one or more non-starters), this will not influence the "Straight Trio" bets as long as such is the case for the Tote-generated odds at the racetrack. If there are no Tote odds generated on the racetrack for the "Trio", Unibet will void all "Straight Trio" bets, except when less than three horses should complete the race. In this case, all "Straight Trio" bets will be considered as losing bets. If one or more selected horses are non-starters in a race, Unibet will void all combinations with these horses. Example: Straight Trio 101-102-103-104-105. Finish: 101-102-103; non-starter: 104. In this case, the player wins the Straight Trio 101-102-103 and the stake for the combinations with 104 will be refunded into his betting account.
